Once again it was a pleasure speaking to high school students! This time we shared Thunder Bay Masjid's space with students from St. Patrick High School (Thunder Bay). We would like to thank the educators for their role in creating inclusive and well informed communities.
Come join us this Saturday, June 17 at 9p . We will be profiling Hafidh Abu Bakr, a full-time carpenter currently working on a project in #tbay. This Ramadan he is also leading Tarawīh at the Thunder Bay Masjid. He will be sharing his journey on how he memorized the Quran by the age of 13 and has retained it since 2007 mashAllah.
